Originally established in 1972 as Guernsey Sheet Metal Company LTD and based in the Bouet, the company largely dealt with manufacturing ducting and air handling.

In 1993, the Company went into new ownership, becoming Guernsey Sheet Metal (1993) LTD, moving to it's current larger premises in Mont Arrive in 1999 and acquired Sarnia Plastics.
