Privacy Agreement

GUANZHOUSHENLE (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) fully recognizes the importance of protecting user privacy. This Privacy Agreement explains how our utility application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information, as well as your legitimate rights in relation to such information.
Important Notice: Please carefully read and fully understand all contents of this Agreement before using the App. By downloading, installing or continuing to use the App, you fully consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Agreement. If you disagree with any terms herein, please stop using the App immediately.
1. Collection and Use of Information
We strictly adhere to the minimum necessity principle and only collect and use your information within the scope required to realize the core functions of the App.
1.1 Application Permissions
To ensure normal operation of relevant functions, we may request the following system permissions:

System Settings Permission (Modify System Settings) User experience optimization Temporarily adjust screen brightness, volume and other system parameters to improve your usage experience.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE External storage scanning Scan junk files stored in external storage.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE External storage file deletion Delete junk files in external storage.
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE File scanning Comply with Android 11 and above storage access policies to scan and clean junk files.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE Wi-Fi detection Provide real-time Wi-Fi information detection, including signal strength, connection speed, Wi-Fi version, local IP address, MAC address and network encryption security status.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES Installed app scanning and display Scan and display the list of installed applications with icons and names, and support app viewing and management functions.
Permission Management: You may adjust and disable the above permissions at any time via Device Settings > Apps > The App > Permissions. Disabling certain permissions may cause corresponding functions to be unavailable.
1.2 Types of Collected Information
Information You Voluntarily Provide
Account Information: Username, email address and other data provided during registration.
User Content: Files, texts, images and other data you input, upload or process within the App.
Information Automatically Collected by Us
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device ID, IP address and other basic device parameters.
Usage Logs: App running records, crash reports and performance data.
Usage Statistics: Anonymized data on function frequency and operation habits for product optimization.
1.3 Processing of Sensitive Information
We do not actively collect the following sensitive personal information:
Precise geographic location
Contacts, SMS and call logs
Camera and microphone data
Biometric identification information
If sensitive permissions are required for specific features (such as camera scanning), we will obtain your separate explicit consent and provide detailed instructions. You may revoke relevant authorization in device settings at any time.
2. Purposes of Information Usage

We solemnly promise not to sell your personal information to any third party. Your information may only be shared under the following limited and lawful circumstances:
1.Sharing with service providers: Disclose minimum necessary data to third-party SDK partners for service delivery;
2.Legal compliance: Respond to legal requirements, judicial procedures or protect legitimate user rights;
3.Business transfer: In the event of merger, acquisition, asset transfer or major corporate restructuring;
4.Security protection: Prevent fraud and safeguard personal and public safety.
5. Data Storage and Protection
Storage Location: Your personal data is mainly stored on servers located in Singapore and other regions, in compliance with local data protection laws and regulations.
Storage Period: We retain your information only for the period necessary to fulfill service purposes or as required by applicable laws.
Security Measures: We adopt comprehensive technical and administrative protection means, including encrypted data transmission, access control and regular security audits.
Please note that no electronic storage or network transmission method can guarantee absolute information security.

You are entitled to the following rights regarding your personal information:

7. Minor Protection
This App is not intended for minors under the age of 13 (or the higher age limit required by local laws). If we unintentionally collect minor information, we will delete such data immediately.
If you are a legal guardian and find that your child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us in a timely manner for complete data removal.
8. Agreement Updates
We may revise this Privacy Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated release date. Material policy changes will be notified through prominent in-app reminders.
Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Agreement.
