Because of the on-going recovery efforts for Super Typhoon Sinlaku. The race start and finish for the Ekiden will be at Nimitz Beach, Hagat (Leg 1 - START and Leg 20 - FINISH in the map series below.)
The start and finish for the remaining legs remain the same. The old leg numbers will be "plus 1" just for this year.
Old Leg 1 is 2026 Leg 2, Old Leg 2 is 2026 Leg 3, Old Leg 3 is 2026 Leg 4, etc...
Leg 1 is 1.7 miles and Leg 20 is 1.30miles.
Please adjust your team leg assignments to reflect this change.
