Gallopers After School Program

The Gallopers afterschool program runs daily from 2:40- 6:00 beginning the first day of school and ending on the last day of school. This program is partially funded by various federal and state grants that dictate we provide 1/3 academic support, 1/3 enrichment activities and 1/3 recreation activities and that students attend 5 days a week for 3 hours a day. In addition to the daily activities, Gallopers partners with many Community Based Organizations to provide a wide range of enrichment and recreation activities including NBA Math Hoops, BookNook Literacy Program, SCORES: Soccer and Poetry Program, and Culinary classes.

All ExCEL after-school programs became fee based as of 2018. The fee structure for Gallopers is as follows:

Homeless/Foster Youth – 0 charge

FNRL – with documentation - $200 registration fee, 0 monthly fee

Non FNRL - $200 registration fee, up to $360 monthly fee, depending on income. (Fee reduction forms can be submitted, if necessary)

Registration fee is non- refundable
