"Yes... probably this is a good bye. Being the public last version of our GT World Challenge mod. I close it due modding team disband and actions I see that did not seem correct to me which led me to the direction of closing its doors.
For myself I'll be focused on other gt3 mod projects that will not be public anymore and only will be available for a very reduced number of people.
A recent and last version (1.7) supported by GKS Modding is around rF leagues discord servers, that includes the Ferrari 296 GT3, Honda NSX GT3, Huracan Evo II, etc. It was... exclusive for Sudamerica Simracing Series (before named SimRacing World) but looks like it has some other leagues that we don't support at all and they just, took it. That's what I personally don't like at all.
It was fun to renew this rFactor mod and learned a lot doing it. Who knows if I get back to do something for the public. I just don't feel very good or emotionally stable to do it.
Feel free to use this mod for anything except 1.7 one. Just don't forget to give credits to it's original authors and we're good"

"GT World Challenge Europe, formerly the Blancpain GT Series, is a motorsport series championships that have been held in Europe since 2011. Grand tourers of GT3 regulations participate. It is organized by Stéphane Ratel Organization and the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium, and is sponsored by the watch brand Blancpain." - Wikipedia, GT World Challenge Europe
“This mod originated from the league currently called ‘SimRacing World’, where mostly racing on GTs and Endurance, up to different categories. But previously there wasn't much more current mod content on rFactor. That's where GT World Challenge comes in.
Why not Automobilista which is way better than rFactor 1 overall? It was made in order to provide people who do not have a good PC to enjoy a more current competition in an old simulator and it is the most used simulator within the Latin American community. We want to give that opportunity for those people.
We plan to move it to Automobilista 1, it is a very balanced simulator to be the 'successor' to rFactor 1 in general. But we are not ready yet, as we are starting to get into Automobilista 1 modding.”

“Not hard to explain but, we tried the possible to find information about those cars, but we didn't found it sucessfully. Probably in a future update we include those cars when we find useful and exact information”

We analyzed and studying each GT3 specs from the real GTWC to implement for rFactor. Tested on a Thrustmaster T300rs and 450 degrees steering wheel rotation. If you want to use less steering rotation like 270 degrees (rFactor's default), you may consider lower the steering lock on car setup.
This mod has also Real Feel Plugin support. Just choose "real feel plugin upgrade" on upgrades section for each car. Then configure your force feedback preferences through rFactor and Real Feel hotkeys.
We're planning to add future updates to the mod in general. We know that the mod it's not 100% perfect. Even it's finished for the public, we constantly update this mod for minor fixes and improvements. At the moment, we have these plans for future updates:
Drastic car visual damage
Dirt visuals
