I.

Upon completion of the order form, I understand that upfront payment will be required for all delivery orders and that my food will not be prepared until payment is received. I will receive an invoice via text to be paid immediately through PayPal or Zelle. If I am picking up my order, then I understand that I have the option to pay cash upon arrival. By placing my order with GT'S TASTIES I understand that I agree to these terms.

By placing an order with GT’S TASTIES I understand that the food offered at this establishment is home made by home cooks without professional kitchen experience, but years of practical experience of cooking Guyanese meals for their Guyanese families. I understand that it is my responsibility to make known any food allergies I may have to the members of GT’S TASTIES. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inquire about the ingredients used and that I have a right to know every last ingredient added to any meal I may consume from GT’S TASTIES. By choosing to eat at GT’S TASTIES, I acknowledge that GT’S TASTIES is not liable for any allergic reactions to any of its food I consume. It is my responsibility as a customer of this establishment to be sure of what I am eating. By placing my order with GT'S TASTIES I understand that I agree to these terms.
