Overview

GTM Tag Helper is a Chrome extension that allows users to copy, organize and manage tags in Google Tag Manager containers. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Data we collect

GTM Tag Helper stores the following data locally in your browser only:

• OAuth access token — to keep you logged in to your Google account

• License key — to remember your Pro activation status

No data is sent to external servers owned by the developer.

Google API access

The extension connects to the Google Tag Manager API and the Google OAuth service on your behalf, using your own Google account credentials. We only request the permissions strictly necessary to read and manage your GTM containers.

Third-party services

The extension communicates exclusively with:

• accounts.google.com — for authentication

• tagmanager.googleapis.com — for GTM API calls

Data sharing

We do not sell, share or transmit your data to any third party.
