Equal Rights Amendment

Did you know that the Equal Rights Amendment has been passed by all the necessary states? The only thing preventing it from being added to the Constitution is a time stamp! We need this amendment to protect

women in a myriad of ways. Act now! Sign the Petition to add your name to the petition to reinstate this very necessary amendment.

Lactation Rooms

Have you ever talked to a GTA member who had to pump while at work? Most of us have horror stories and battle scars from the experience. Did you know it is possible to pump in private -- in a space that is comfortable and welcoming? Did you know that it is the law? Our committee is working on making this kind of space a reality for our members. Want to know how you can help? Ask your building if they have a dedicated space that can be utilized and attend our committee meetings for more info.

GTAWN is working on creating a network of folks in our ranks- in collaboration with HR- that can be a resource for you as you navigate the system.
