Global modification for GTA Vice City (iOS, Android), which changes the game beyond recognition.

There are corpses, blood, chaos and destruction everywhere. The military and special forces are trying to reclaim the city from the zombies. Your goal is to take a bat in your hands and smash the zombies to pieces!

Features:

This is the latest version of GTA: Raccoon City Stories. This is the full game including all mods properly configured and installed into Vice city. This version is also Windows 10 friendly which plays at screen resolution, plays at 60fps, Mouse bug issues fixed and includes more game fixes for modern pc setups. I also added more zombies that spawn and some other minor updates/fixes in the code. If there are more updates in the future which will be small file patches they will integrate into this full game download. To install, simply download, extract using winRAR or a extractor of your choice and play the gta-vc.exe. I recommend right clicking on the gta-vc.exe first and selecting properties/compatibilities and making sure that this game runs for windows 98/windows me and run as admin. Also make sure in the game settings that "frame limiter" is set to ON which will play the game at 60fps.

I know this might be a massive pain and time consuming... but you could try installing each file one at a time and see which one is causing the loading problem. From the sounds of things it is most likely a problem with the map as this is what would be loading about half way through - try just putting script and/or zombies in first of all.

guys there is a new download with pretty much full game included here - Uploading.com head there to find download, download game extract and play! been tested and works only thing is to save file size (and not to upload the full game) you will have to add the original sounds to the audio file form gta vice city then add the audio sounds from this package. although you don't have to add sounds or change anything to play it if you don't want to. works stand alone!!

guys i found a way to fix it

1st step copy all files exept in data files:gta-vc.dat in models everything exept gta3.dir

According to the New York Post, reports of New York raccoons with the distemper virus first started popping up back in July, but since then, it seems like the zombie raccoon epidemic has only been spreading. Now, the corpses of almost 200 raccoons believed to have been affected by the distemper virus have been recovered in parks across the city, from Central Park to Brooklyn's Prospect Park to Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx.

The distemper virus is fatal and highly contagious for raccoons and can also spread to dogs and other animals like skunks and ferrets, PetMD reports. It will first make the infected animal confused and sometimes aggressive, causing "attacks of hysteria" and other strange, zombie-like behavior before eventually killing the animal entirely.

Authorities in New York are working to contain the distemper outbreak, according to the Post, collecting the corpses of raccoons that have already succumbed to distemper and trying to round up sick animals before they spread the disease. For now, though, it looks like they haven't been able to get a handle on the spreading problem and zombie raccoons are still on the loose. Just last month, a sick raccoon had to be picked up at Central Park, one of almost 70 the park has seen in recent months.

Resident Evil, or Biohazard[a] in Japan and parts of Southeast Asia, is a Japanese horror game series and media franchise created by Capcom. It consists of survival horror, third-person shooter and first-person shooter games, with players typically surviving in environments inhabited by zombies and other frightening creatures. The franchise has expanded into other media, including a live-action film series, animated films, television series, comic books, novels, audio dramas and merchandise. Resident Evil is the highest-grossing horror franchise.

The first Resident Evil was created by Shinji Mikami and Tokuro Fujiwara and released for the PlayStation in 1996.[1][2] It is credited for defining the survival horror genre and returning zombies to popular culture. With Resident Evil 4 (2005), the franchise shifted to more dynamic shooting action, achieved acclaim and influenced the evolution of the survival horror and third-person genres, popularizing the "over-the-shoulder" third-person view.[3]

The first Resident Evil film was released in 2002, followed by five sequels and a 2021 reboot, Welcome to Raccoon City. The films have received mostly negative reviews for Rotten Tomatoes and some for Metacritic, whereas some other films received mixed reviews on Metacritic, but have grossed more than $1.2 billion, making Resident Evil the third-highest-grossing video game film series.

The development of the first Resident Evil, released as Biohazard in Japan, began in 1993 when Capcom's Tokuro Fujiwara told Shinji Mikami and other co-workers to create a game using elements from Fujiwara's 1989 game Sweet Home on the Family Computer (Famicom) in Japan.[5][6] When in late 1994 marketing executives were setting up to release Biohazard in the United States, it was pointed out that securing the rights to the name Biohazard would be very difficult as a DOS game had been registered under that name, as well as a New York hardcore punk band called Biohazard. A contest was held among company personnel to choose a new name; this competition turned up Resident Evil, the name under which it was released in the west.[7] Resident Evil made its debut on the PlayStation in 1996 and was later ported to the Sega Saturn.

Resident Evil Outbreak is an online game for the PlayStation 2, released in 2003, depicting a series of episodic storylines in Raccoon City set during the same period as Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. It was the first in the series and the first survival horror title to feature cooperative gameplay.[14] It was followed by a sequel, Resident Evil Outbreak: File #2. Raccoon City is a metropolis located in the Arklay Mountains of the Midwestern United States that succumbed to the deadly T-virus outbreak and was consequently destroyed via a nuclear missile attack issued by the United States government. The town served as a critical junction for the series' progression as one of the main catalysts to Umbrella's downfall and the entry point for some of the series' most notable characters.

Resident Evil Gaiden is an action-adventure game for the Game Boy Color featuring a role-playing-style combat system. There have been several downloadable mobile games based on the Resident Evil series in Japan. Some of these mobile games have been released in North America and Europe through T-Mobile. At the Sony press conference during E3 2009, Resident Evil Portable was announced for the PlayStation Portable,[15][16][17] described as an all-new title being developed with "the PSP Go in mind" and "totally different for a Resident Evil game". No further announcements have been made, and the game is considered to have been canceled.[18][19] 152ee80cbc
