GT Notes is an offline note-taking and organization application designed to help users create, edit, organize, search, categorize, favorite, pin, and manage notes.

We respect your privacy and have designed GT Notes to work without requiring an account for its core functionality.

GT Notes does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its core note-taking features.

We do not intentionally collect personal information such as:

• Email address

• Phone number

• Contacts

• Precise location

• Photos or videos

• Microphone recordings

• SMS messages

• Call information

3. Notes and User Content

Notes, titles, categories, favorites, pinned notes, and other note-related information created within GT Notes are stored locally on your device.

This information is used only to provide the application's note-taking and organization features.

GT Notes does not require cloud storage or an online account for storing your notes.

4. Local Storage

GT Notes uses the application's private local storage and local database to save your notes and application preferences.

This allows your notes and settings to remain available when you close and reopen the application.

Deleting the application or clearing its application data may permanently remove locally stored notes and settings.

We recommend keeping important information backed up separately where appropriate.

5. Internet Connection

GT Notes is designed to provide its core note-taking functionality without requiring an internet connection.

The core note-taking functionality does not require your notes to be transmitted to Gurjeet Trading servers.

6. Android Permissions

GT Notes is designed to operate without unnecessary sensitive Android permissions.

The application does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS messages, or phone calls for its core note-taking functionality.

If new optional features requiring additional permissions are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the relevant application disclosures will be updated where required.

7. Analytics and Advertising

The current version of GT Notes does not use advertising SDKs or analytics services to track users for advertising purposes.

GT Notes does not sell your personal information.

If advertising, analytics, or other third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Third-Party Services

The current core functionality of GT Notes does not require third-party cloud services to store your notes.

If third-party services are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information those services may process.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade the contents of your locally stored notes.

Because GT Notes stores its core note data locally on your device, your notes are not intentionally transmitted to Gurjeet Trading for storage.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Your notes and related application data remain locally on your device until you delete them, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application, subject to Android device and backup behavior.

GT Notes may provide features such as Trash or Recently Deleted. Notes moved to Trash may remain locally stored until they are permanently deleted.

11. Data Security

We take privacy seriously and aim to minimize unnecessary collection of user information.

However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your Android device, including screen locks and other device security features.

12. Children's Privacy

GT Notes is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the application's core functionality operates locally and does not require an account, we do not intentionally collect children's personal information through the core note-taking features.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when GT Notes features, privacy practices, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change.
