Gt 710 2gd3h Lp Driver Download

I found (and downloaded) the driver for Linux 64-bit from the following Nvidia web page.

Its a 169 MB file named NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-460.80.run . This .run extension seemed a bit weird to me as I expecting a .rpm package. But, before running this (and if I can run it successfuly in Fedora), I thought of asking you guys on the common/recommended way to install a Nvidia GPU in a Fedora 34 system.

I have Nvidia GeFore GT710 Graphics Card and facing issues with the driver installation. Though I am getting an option to nvidia-driver-470 tested version to install. Once installation, Graphic Card is not getting initiated and resolution is some 600X. System is only working on Nouveau display driver which is not performing at all and very lag in resolution. Pleas help.

After you have installed the proprietary Nvidia graphics driver with the above command it may be updated to a more up-to-date proprietary Nvidia graphics driver package by the normal software update activity.

Hi. Can anyone help me?

I have a GeForce GT 730 graphic card and I would like to install the 450.57 driver version to get access to the Vulkan technology. When I use the driver search tool on Nvidia website, it says that this is the most up-tp-date driver that I could use with my hardware and OS (Linux Mint 20 x64). However, when I download the .run file and try to install it, I get the message that the driver is not compatible with the model of my video card.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Your card may require the release 390 legacy driver. Please use lspci -nn -d 10de: to look up the device ID of your GPU and check it against the table in the README: Appendix A. Supported NVIDIA GPU Products

One last question: was there a way that I could have known that the video-card that I was buying did not serve to what I wanted before I have bought it? Because I found 4 lines of the GeForce GT 730 on that list and only the ID of my video-card did not support the 450.57 driver. It must not be a matter of luck (or bad luck, in my case). e24fc04721
