2021-2022 Member Safety Guidelines

GSWW continues to monitor the ongoing conditions and regulations of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve recently updated our guidelines to mirror CDC and Washington State regulations. All GSWW in-person program participants and partners are required to follow this guidance.Feedback or questions about the Covid guidelines? Email covid@girlscoutsww.org.
To report a positive COVID-19 case (girls and/or volunteers), immediately email customercare@girlscoutsww.org or call 800-541-9852. The after hours emergency number is 800-303-9963.
Incident Form - This form MUST be completed and submitted to Girl Scouts of Western Washington council within 24-72 hours after the event.
Record of Attendance / Girl Ready Sign In Sheet - Keep sign in sheets for contact tracing purposes for at at least 3 months.
