On behalf of the AltaMed PACE Field Instructors and I, we hope you realize that you’ve each made a noticeable impact, not only on our program participants and families, but also on our PACE staff who have been impressed by and appreciative of your efforts. Despite the ongoing uncertainties associated with the pandemic, you persevered and engaged actively as an IDT member to effectively address the needs of our PACE participants. Author Zig Ziglar wrote: “You were designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with the seeds of greatness.” We applaud your accomplishments this year, and thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey towards greatness.
