Dear Leti, Juan, and Tierce,

Congratulations to the GSWEC students of 2023!  What an amazing year full of challenges, hurdles and tremendous growth - you have all risen to the occasion and we salute you!  We know from your effort this past year that you will go far and any agency who is lucky enough to have you join them will be better for it.
