Our Bioinformatics Research Group is a part of GSU (Georgia State University) Computer Science departament. Our team is involved in bioinformatics and computational genomics focusing on the development of high-performance computational methods for the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data.
We apply our machine learning and statistical learning methods to molecular epidemiology and genomics oncology.
