Inside the Classroom
Required Supplies:
3-ring binder with 4 tabs and ample loose-leaf lined paper. Students will be expected to keep a binder exclusively for use in this class. The binder should be a comprehensive, well-organized record of student work in physics.
Lab Notebook: A bound composition quad-ruled notebook.
Scientific Graphing Calculator, CAS preferred (TI-89 titanium, TI-Nspire)
Please download R and RStudio software onto your laptops (Download is free). (https://posit.co/downloads/)
Classroom Expectations:
Safety First: Make sure you follow all the safety rules.
Be On Time: Students are expected to be in the room and seated when the bell rings.
Be Ready to Learn: Bring ALL required materials to class.
Be Respectful: Take RESPONSIBILITY for your own actions, and THINK before you ACT.
Show Effort: Do your homework and adequately prepare for all tests and quizzes.
Ask for Help: Ask questions when needed and/or arrange for a time to come and see me
Take responsibility for your learning: If absent for any reason, make-up all the missed assignments as soon as possible.

Extra help from instructor is available every day after school and during the lunch time. Zoom is also an available option.
