ABOUT SCHOOL
Government Senior Secondary School Bharoli Kohala is a premier educational institution with a rich legacy spanning over a century. Originally established by the British Government in 1912, the school has evolved from a primary center into a comprehensive Senior Secondary institution.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOOL
The present building stands on land donated in 1931 by Late Shri Nand Lal Sharma.
Additional grounds were contributed by the residents of Mahal Balh and Mahal Padhiyara.
This history represents a deep commitment to education from the local community.
Academic Growth & Evolution
1912: Established as a Government Lower Primary School.
1936: Upgraded to a Lower Middle School.
1951: Became a Middle School.
1969: Established as a High School.
1997: Upgraded to a Senior Secondary School offering Arts, Commerce, and Science streams.
Modern Infrastructure & Facilities
The campus features 5 buildings and 4 blocks with 25 classrooms.
There are 8 modern laboratories, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
Specialized facilities include an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL), VR Astronomy Lab, Language Lab, and a Digital Library.
The school also maintains a Smart Classroom, an ICT Lab, and a large sports ground.
