About Us

This school was established as a Primary School in the year 1922. The school was upgraded in the year 1979 as a Government Middle School. Later, It was upgraded to Government High School in 1983. The school was further upgraded and accorded the status of a Government Senior Secondary School in 2010. Science Stream was introduced in the year 2015. Now, in the year of November, 2025, this school has been converted to Central Board of School Education (CBSE) vide GoHP, Department of School Education letter No. EDN-B-A(1)-1/2025, dated 25-09-2025. After affiliation to CBSE, the school aims to provide quality, holistic, and learner centered education. The school's future goal is to strengthen conceptual learning, critical thinking and creativity. The focus will be laid on skill-based education.
