All units, stand by for your mandatory two-hour patrol briefing and operational check.
At this time, all officers are reminded that all Server Rules and Standard Operating Procedures remain in effect at all times while on duty. Ensure professionalism is maintained in all interactions with civilians, fellow officers, and other departments. Staff-related issues are to be handled through proper reporting channels using /report and should never interrupt or interfere with active roleplay scenes. Officers are reminded not to engage in cop baiting, non-intent to roleplay situations, or fail-RP scenarios. Any violations observed should be documented and handled appropriately through staff channels rather than escalating situations in-character unnecessarily.
All units must ensure they are actively utilizing CAD for all law enforcement activities. This includes traffic stops, calls for service, investigations, arrests, status updates, and reports. Officers are not to utilize out-of-state characters unless they are properly registered and functioning within CAD. Accurate documentation ensures scene continuity, officer safety, and accountability across all active patrol operations. If assistance is needed with CAD usage, request help through proper channels rather than bypassing documentation requirements.
Reminder that officers are only authorized to carry equipment and weapons issued to their rank or department assignment. Unauthorized weapon swaps, unrealistic attachments, or non-standard equipment are prohibited. All weapons and vehicle usage must remain realistic to law enforcement standards. Sub-department personnel must also follow their respective weapon and operational policies without exception.
Maintain strict radio discipline on RTO. Radio traffic is for operational communication only. Officers must allow a brief pause before transmitting, avoid speaking over other units, and keep transmissions clear, concise, and professional. Mic checks are not permitted on RTO channels. Units are expected to actively listen to ongoing traffic and respond when appropriate rather than requesting repeated information. When situations escalate, including pursuits, 10-99s, shots fired, or high-risk stops, officers must clearly call out their location and request assistance early rather than waiting until situations become unsafe.
All patrol units are required to remain within their assigned patrol zones/beats unless reassigned by Patrol Command. Units should be proactively patrolling, conducting investigations, and engaging in meaningful roleplay rather than staging or remaining inactive. Officers should assist neighboring zones when priority calls or 911 responses begin escalating while still maintaining overall patrol coverage. During active pursuits or incidents, officers must provide direction of travel, roadway names, and recognizable landmarks instead of relying solely on postal callouts to ensure situational awareness for responding units.
Before initiating pursuits, shootouts, or major enforcement actions, officers must verify current priority status notifications. Only one active priority is permitted unless otherwise authorized. If a large number of officers are committed to a single investigation or scene, priority status should be adjusted accordingly to maintain server balance. The first qualified Supervisor arriving on any high-priority or complex scene will assume Scene Command and coordinate responding units to prevent confusion or over-stacking.
When placing suspects under arrest, officers must utilize approved penal codes and sentencing guidelines. Jail times and charges are not to be estimated or fabricated. All transports to jail or medical facilities must be conducted using appropriate police tools or approved procedures. Maintain professionalism during processing and ensure all reports are completed accurately.
Units are reminded to monitor congestion levels throughout patrol areas. If notified of Green Zones or overcrowding, officers should relocate to maintain balanced law enforcement presence and encourage civilian movement across the map. Follow the established chain of command when requesting supervisory assistance, operational clarification, or reassignment. Supervisors are responsible for maintaining organization, fairness in zone assignments, and overall patrol effectiveness.
Continue to focus on detailed investigations, fair outcomes, and quality roleplay experiences for all participants. Civilians may lead scenarios, but officers are responsible for maintaining realism, control of law enforcement procedures, and professional conduct throughout every interaction.
All units conduct a quick status acknowledgment at this time and advise availability. Resume normal patrol operations following acknowledgment.
