Congratulations to all of our ICDC qualifiers!
GSMST DECA is proud to announce that 22 of our members are headed to the International Career and Development Conference in April! 8 of these students also managed to secure glass at SCDC by placing in the top three for their event. Finally, those who achieved first or second place at either the regional or state competition will receive recognition from the Gwinnett County Public Schools board for their achievement. Way to go, GSMST DECA!

Our Mission
DECA is an international organization focused on advancing business, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and hospitality/tourism knowledge at the high school and undergraduate level.
Students compete at regional, state, and international conferences, hosted by DECA, to recognize their dedication in these content areas.
At GSMST, our DECA chapter is focused on advancing the goals of the national DECA chapter through workshops, events, fundraisers, and community outreach.
We promote participation in competitions through bi-weekly chapter-wide meetings that focus on business communication and practice for every type of competitive event.
