The Garden State-LSAMP received supplemental funding from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for a Post-Baccalaureate Research Experiences for LSAMP Students (PRELS) program.

This program will:

• run for 12-months starting in Fall 2022

• be offered at four universities: Rutgers - Newark (RUN) and New Brunswick (RUNB), Montclair State (MSU) and Kean (KU)

• support 20 PRELS fellows with a $25,000 stipend plus $5,000 for materials and travel

• provide research training and professional development opportunities

To be eligible, you must:

• have graduated since August 2020

• have been an active GS-LSAMP member for any of the alliance member schools

• not be currently in or accepted to a graduate program
