Girl Scouts often make small tokens of friendship to exchange with the Girl Scouts they meet at camp. These little gifts are called ”SWAPS,” which stands for “Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere.”
Camp SWAPS should be made on safety pins for ease of sharing. Girls may chose to pin their swaps on their hat, backpack, or other cloth item. Please DO NOT make SWAPS with real food, slime, or glitter! You can find tons of examples of SWAPS on Pinterest. Feel free to keep it simple, or go all out! You probably want to have --- SWAPS made for day camp this year.
