Software Project Manager(Hybrid):
A successful candidate should be proficient in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and Portfolio management. 

• Familiarity/experience with Monday.com, Slack and SharePoint a plus. 

• Extensive experience with leading full-stack web frameworks, e.g. Spring/Java or Django/Python. As well as experience in JavaScript, HTML SQL, SolarEdge designer, AutoCAD, and CSS front-end development, will be taken into account.

Field Service Technician:
Responsible for providing ongoing field services support to multiple solar, battery storage (BESS) or other renewable energy systems on a continual/on-demand basis in order to optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot/resolve equipment issues, support emergency repairs with electric and plumbing.  
Candidates should have 2+ years of O&M experience in solar, with strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• The job requires physical labor, adherence to safety standards, and may involve weekend work and travel.

• Must have a strong safety background with experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
