About the Symposium
Each year, the Graduate Scholars of English Association hosts the Graduate Linguistics, Applied Linguistics & TESOL (GLALT) Symposium, a one-day conference showcasing research by both graduate and undergraduate students in linguistics, applied linguistics, and TESOL. The symposium features paper and poster presentations, invited talks, and a supportive space for graduate students at ASU and beyond to share their work.
Organized entirely by graduate student volunteers, the symposium offers a low-stakes opportunity to gain conference experience, receive feedback on current projects, and connect with peers in related fields.
