Conference Session Proposal Guidelines:
Submission Deadline: EOD Monday, November 9th at 11:59pm EST
Submission Format: Please upload your proposal as a PDF.
Proposal Requirements: Proposals should not exceed 500 words and must include:
A working title for your proposed conference session.
A short outline of your proposal for how you intend to use the time in your conference session. (For example, if you intend to present a paper, please briefly explain the paper’s principle argument. Alternatively, if you would like to facilitate an activity, please briefly list out the intended session outcomes.)
A brief explanation of how your session topic speaks to the conference theme.
Please also be sure to anonymize your proposal, removing any personally identifying information from your uploaded document
Please upload your proposals to this form and create a separate form submission per proposal.
You may also register for the conference at any time using this form.
Presenters of accepted proposals will hear back by December 9th, 2026.
