Girl Scouts Nation's Capital weekend programming team is comprised of part-time staff who lead scheduled programs for youth attending camp.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed as received.
Weekend Facilitator Positions:
The Weekend Facilitator position is a teen and adult part-time employment opportunity (16+).
Facilitators will work approximately 16 hours each weekend at pre-determined camps leading programs for troops and families. Weekend facilitators will lead programs including high adventure, environmental education, outdoor skills and STEAM.
No experience required, on the job training provided.
Challenge Cours Facilitator Positions:
The Challenge Course Facilitator position is an adult part-time employment opportunity (18+).
Challenge course facilitator lead troops and other groups through our variety of ropes courses including our low ropes, high ropes and aerial challenge course. Depending on the person, they will either work at Camp Crowell, Camp White Rock or both. The work for this position is based on the facilitator's availability and they sign up to work the shifts they are interested in.
