Welcome to Grwnded (“Grwnded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Grwnded mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Grwnded is a wellness and emotional regulation application designed to support self-reflection, grounding, and personal insight. Grwnded provides tools such as guided prompts, reflections, AI-assisted responses, and optional notifications intended to support mindfulness and emotional awareness.
Grwnded is not a medical or mental health service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Grwnded. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Access to Grwnded requires a paid subscription. Grwnded does not offer a permanent free plan.
Eligible users may be offered a 7-day free trial. During the free trial period:
You will have full access to the App’s features.
You will not be charged during the trial.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase.
All subscriptions and payments are:
Processed by Apple
Charged to your Apple ID account
Managed through your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings
Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Grwnded does not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds. All billing inquiries must be directed to Apple.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies and must be requested directly from Apple.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App
Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
Use the App in a way that interferes with its operation or security
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Grwnded is intended for general wellness and self-reflection purposes only.
Grwnded does not replace professional mental health care.
Grwnded is not a crisis support service.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as reflections or text input). By using the App, you grant Grwnded a limited license to process and display this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections.
If you enable notifications, Grwnded may send reminders, check-ins, or wellness prompts based on your preferences. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.
We may update or modify the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using Grwnded at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Grwnded is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
