From August 5th to 15th, 2025, Brno will host a major gaming festival that brings together the world's best Gomoku and Renju players every two years. The city of Brno in Czech Republic has been selected as the host of the World Championship in Gomoku and Renju. The event will take place in Brno-Žabovřesky, at the modern cultural center Rubín. The event is held under the patronage of the Mayor of Brno, JUDr. Markéta Vaňková. All enthusiasts of the game are warmly invited.
