The App processes text locally and through our proprietary algorithms to provide these services.
## User Responsibilities
By using our App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use the App to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services

### Output Content
The humanized or summarized content generated by the App is provided for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the output content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
## Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
## Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grubby AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content processed through the App
## Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grubby AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
