UMI MIVA Group - Subscribe

Become a member of the UMI MIVA group

To become a member of the UMI MIVA group, an ordinary subscription to the Italian Mathematical Union (UMI) is required. The procedure and the subscription fees required to join the UMI are available following this link. Once you have received your subscription confirmation by the UMI, you can become a member of MIVA following the procedure below.

Add your personal details and select the MIVA group ("Gruppo MIVA") in the list available at the address https://umi.dm.unibo.it/gruppi-umi-2/..
Your request will be subject to moderation by the UMI offices and the administrators of the MIVA group. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will be automatically added to the MIVA mailing list (see below) and to the private mailing list reserved to MIVA members.
To send an announcement to all members of MIVA, send an e-mail to gruppomiva-members@googlegroups.com . Only accepted MIVA members whose inscription has been confirmed by MIVA administrators have the possibility of sending announcements to this list.

Subscribe to the MIVA mailing list

For receiving updates on the MIVA activities and news on the conferences, workshops, summer/winter schools, open calls etc. and/or to share your own news, follow the procedure below.

Send an e-mail to gruppomiva+subscribe@googlegroups.com from the e-mail address you want to use for receiving the MIVA announcements.

To confirm your request please answer the e-mail you'll receive (do not click on the button which will re-direct you to your @gmail account).

Your request will be moderated by the MIVA administrators; once accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The subscription to the MIVA mailing list does not require the subscription to the Italian Mathematical Union (UMI).

Only people subscribed to the MIVA mailing list can forward announcements. To send an announcement:

Your request is subject to moderation by the MIVA administrators. If your message is accepted, it will be automatically forwarded to all members of the MIVA mailing list at your name.
