From Climate Change to Emerging Diseases: 

Next Generation Mathematical Approaches

The workshop will bring together researchers working at the intersection of mathematics, climate science, and epidemiology to discuss innovative approaches and future directions towards understanding the links between climate change and diseases.  The meeting is co-organized by the scientific committees of the UMI-MSE Group “Socio-Epidemic Mathematical Modelling” and the CliMath Group “Mathematical modelling for the study of climate, climate change, and its impacts”, in collaboration with the Italian Mathematical Union and the University of Pavia and with the support of INdAM-GNFM and ESMTB.
