Prof. Dipankar Bandyopadhyay, Department of Chemical Engineering and Jyoti and Bhupat Mehta School of Health Sciences and Technology, and his team of researchers, Shri Sahil Jagnani and Shri Ankit Chowdhury, received the Best Extramural Innovation award by ICMR. This was awarded on November 14, 2024, during the DHR-ICMR Health Research Excellence Summit 2024, for their innovation, Mobilab, a Nanotechnology based affordable, portable and easy to use multi diagnostic point-of-care device for Kidney, Liver, Heart, and Pancreas disorders.
