During elementary school my child struggled a lot with reading/comprehension and as a result didn't have much desire to read. She grew so much in her confidence and reading/comprehension abilities through her work with Miss O'Keefe. Miss O'Keefe has a great way of connecting with her students and catering to their unique needs. My child is now a freshman in high school who is thriving in ELA classes and has a love for reading and writing.

Miss O’Keefe can tailor her teaching to the child’s needs. My child thrived with her and went from regular classes to advanced level courses because of Miss O’Keefe’s gift of teaching.

Ms. O'Keefe was a wonderful teacher for my son and helped to get him on track and took the time to make sure that he had the tools he needed to grow. The techniques used by Ms. O’Keefe were fun and new and my son would love to tell me about the “games” she let them play and also what he learned about while playing!
Stacy O'Keefe is amazing!! She tutors my twins. She started tutoring them in 4th grade and still does to this day. They are in 8th grade now. My son had an IEP and she did amazing things with him. He has a disability in reading, writing and reading comprehension. He doesn't have an IEP anymore and is growing with her every tutoring session. My daughter absolutely loves Stacy. She understands them like they are her own- and knows their strengths and weaknesses. She has more than one way of teaching- you will see the growth real fast!

Overall, students' understanding of their grade level standards and skills showed significant improvement after working with me.
Majority of students who I have worked with have grown into fluent or very fluent readers.
Most of the students who I have worked with have shown tremendous growth in their English grammar skills in speaking, writing and reading.
Students who have worked with me in writing have grown in their writing and are strong writers.
Overall students who I have worked with in math have shown strong growth and knowledge in their mental math and fact fluency skills.
Students who worked with me in math showed significant growth in comparison to their grade-level peers who didn't receive tutoring sessions.
Students who have worked with me learn in a way that makes learning make sense in their brains. Once students are aware of the ways the learn, they can be more intuitive about how they are learning and what works best for them as learners.
Students who tutor online will keep themselves organized for their tutoring from home. Students who tutor in person will keep themselves organized for their tutoring in their binder.
I work to make learning possible and accessible to all in the work I do with students. Students who have worked with me find a deeper love for learning because they finally learn what works best for them and their brain!
