GrowVibe is a School Management Platform designed for schools, teachers, students, and parents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our app and services.
GrowVibe collects the following types of information:

Profile Image
Fee-related information

Assigned classes

Daily attendance

Group chat messages (class groups only)

GrowVibe uses the following secure third-party services:

Supabase encrypts all data at rest.

Push notifications (FCM)
No other third parties receive user data.
GrowVibe is used by schools and contains data for students aged 4 to 20 years.
All student data is added only by authorized school staff (admins and teachers).
We do not allow children to create accounts themselves.
Schools are fully responsible for managing and verifying child data.
We take strong measures to protect your data:
All communication is encrypted using HTTPS
Supabase encrypts database data at rest
Access to admin and teacher panels is role-based
Files and images are securely stored with restricted access
Your data is never sold, shared, or misused.
Users can request their data or account deletion by contacting their school administration.
The admin creates a support ticket, and GrowVibe deletes the requested data within a reasonable time.
