The Annual Growth Mentorship Series seeks to provide a platform that addresses issues around various topics and issues facing the present generation. This year, the program would take on her first cohort of students in Senior High schools and the University; bridging the gap from one cycle to another.
Our goal is to bring together business leaders, bright minds and industry players to give talks that are idea-focused, purpose-driven and timely on a wide range of subjects, to encourage study, inspiration, and awe – as well as spark discourse on important topics i.e., raising Christ centered leaders for global impact.

Skills 101, has to do with incorporating hands-on projects and internships to foster practical skill development in various industries. This would be done by; providing training sessions and workshops in areas such as communication, leadership, critical thinking, and technological proficiency.
This initiative will be a build-up on the HR 2.0 session introduced in 2022; which seasoned the Digital Transformation Manager for supply chain in Africa - Unilever Africa, Richard Erlank and Adwoa Boateng Addo the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for First National Bank, Ghana.
Career Development
Career Development
Growth 360 Ghana values development, specifically career development. The group seeks to achieve this by establishing partnerships with local businesses and organizations to create internship and job opportunities for program participants.
In addition to this objective, the group would host a number of high school tours to introduce students to various career paths and industries, fostering interest and awareness; conduct career talks featuring professionals from diverse fields to provide insights and guidance on different career options and a rrange skill fairs where youth can interact with industry experts, participate in skill-based activities, and learn about job market requirements.

The environment initiatives are a new addition to our line of work we believe the earth must be take care of for both present and future generations to come. Our environment initiatives will focus on:
Developing educational modules and workshops to raise awareness about climate change, carbon footprint, and sustainable practices.
Collaborating with local environmental organizations to implement community-based projects focused on carbon capture, waste reduction, and renewable energy adoption.
