Welcome to GrowTalk. GrowTalk is a lightweight language growth social community that helps users practice languages, share learning progress, and build conversations with people around the world. GrowTalk is not a dating app, freelancer marketplace, course platform, or professional education service.
By accessing or using GrowTalk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree that your profile information, language preferences, messages, posts, photos, and other activity must be accurate, lawful, and respectful.
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, or use GrowTalk in a way that harms other users or the service.
2. Community Rules
GrowTalk is built for respectful language exchange and personal growth. You agree not to post, send, upload, or share content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading, illegal, spam, commercial solicitation, dating-focused, marketplace-related, or otherwise harmful.
You also agree not to scrape data, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use GrowTalk for fraud, scams, advertisements, or activities unrelated to language practice.
3. User Content
You keep ownership of the content you create, including growth posts, messages, photos, profile details, and other materials. By using GrowTalk, you allow us to store, display, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the app, show your profile, deliver messages, display growth posts, improve safety, and provide community features.
You are responsible for the content you share. GrowTalk does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of user-generated content.
4. Safety and Moderation
We may review, remove, hide, or restrict content that violates these terms or may harm the community. We may also suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user is violating these terms, creating risk, abusing the service, or negatively affecting other users.
We are not required to monitor all content, but we may take action when needed to protect users and maintain a healthy language exchange environment.
5. Service Availability
GrowTalk may update, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may also limit access to certain features for technical, safety, legal, or operational reasons.
GrowTalk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, learning results, successful language matches, message delivery, or the behavior of other users.
6. Payments and Membership
If GrowTalk offers paid features, memberships, coins, or other purchases, the applicable price and conditions will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Apple or other third-party providers. Refunds, billing issues, and subscription management may be subject to the rules of the payment provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowTalk and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, user disputes, failed connections, or content posted by other users.
