2. Use License

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or harmful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app

• Violate Grow Circle Community Guidelines

3. Grow Circle Community Terms

By participating in Grow Circle, you agree to:

• Follow all Community Guidelines and respect fellow members

• Create and share only authentic, original content

• Not use Grow Circle for commercial spam or promotion

• Take responsibility for your posts and comments

• Accept that community moderators may remove content or restrict access for violations

• Not share other users' personal information or arrange off-platform transactions

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Grow Circle (posts, comments, photos). By posting, you grant Sproutly a license to display, distribute, and archive your content within the app and community features. You are responsible for all content you share.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the app will meet your expectations or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Community content provided by other users is not endorsed or verified by Sproutly. You rely on community advice and recommendations at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sproutly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or Grow Circle community.

Sproutly is not responsible for disputes between users, including disagreements over shared content, recommendations, or community interactions.

7. Termination and Refunds

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, including any paid subscription, immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service or the Grow Circle Community Guidelines. In the event of account termination for such violations, no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription. Enforcement decisions, including the decision to terminate an account or restrict access to paid features, are made at the sole discretion of Sproutly administration.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
