Hello there! 

Welcome to my website for my coaching business. I'm glad you could stop by.  So, I guess you're on this page to learn a little about me huh? 

I'm originally from Pennsylvania, however, I now live in New Jersey with my wonderful husband and stepdaughter. I have three cats...yes, I'm a crazy cat lady! I attended Albright College in Reading Pennsylvania where I majored in Sociology and Elementary Education. I have a few years of teaching under my belt, however I decided that wasn't the career for me. I got into the banking industry, where I've spent the majority of my professional life, and decided to become a life coach around 3 years ago. 

Why life coaching? Good question. I've always been a big believer in achieving dreams. I came across an ad on Facebook for a well-known coach and motivated speaker and attended the free "Is coaching right for you?" session. Well, I left that session loving what the message was - about helping others reach their potential by coaching and I looked into a coaching program.

I got certified as a Life Coach through Symbiosis Coaching School. I participated in four programs - Certified Life Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Organizational Development Coaching, and Executive Coaching. Right after I "graduated" from Symbiosis, I needed to continue my day job in banking, but I continued coaching clients part time. Now, I'm ready to take on the coaching world full time! 

I obviously am trained to take on the business world and able to help companies and their executives excel, but I also love to work with individuals in all aspects of life. I want to use my financial background to help others reach their financial goals, as well as help individuals with their communication and relationships with others as these are all key aspects of life - we deal with the impact of these every day. 

Before I became a Life Coach, when I would hear the words, I used to associate it with wealthy people, but my goal is to make Life Coaching affordable for all, which is why I offer individual sessions, workshops, and hopefully soon some other offerings...but more on that later. I named my coaching business G(enerating) R(ealistic) O(pportunities) W(ithin), Coaching, as we all have the strength within us to reach our goals, we just need to push ourselves.
