-you grow a garden and have fruit or veggies, preserves, herbs, or other bounty
-you grow flowers and sell bouquets or subscriptions for people to enjoy your blooms over the summer months
-you forage and wild harvest from the goodness nature provides
-your chickens are laying and you have extra eggs, either for hatching or for eating
-your small animals -chickens, quail, rabbits, dogs, cats, etc- will have babies ready to be rehomed
-your large animals are getting ready for the butcher and you'll have 1/4s, 1/2s, or whole animals on hand or available to order
-you build yard furniture or décor, or animal pens and houses, or gates and panels, or feeders and waterers
-you freeze-dry food (either for people or animals)
-you produce amendments suitable for the garden, whether manure, biochar, mulch, etc
-you bake sourdough, brew kombucha, ferment vegetables, or make kefir and have extra starters or scobys
-you teach things like preserving, butchering, cheesemaking, seed saving, foraging
-you grow fruit trees suitable to our climate and have trees or fruit beyond your needs
-you make tinctures, salves, lotions, soaps, candles, room sprays, laundry detergent
