As of a lover of people, it is critical for me to provide a safe and loving space for others to grow. I've always held a natural curiosity of men in regards to their strength, mental fortitude and decision making skills. 

As an educator, it was important for me to identify ways in which to aid in the growth of the growing men in my classroom. What, of myself, could I give to facilitate the growth and positive identity development of those assigned to me?

As a solutions expert, I have decided to hone the gifts of me in an attempt to provide a solid foundation for Black & Brown growing men everywhere.

Though, most are without choice as to which problems become a part of their lives; it has always been my goal to provide solutions to positive mental and emotional health. Thereby, unveiling the pathways to the greatness that awaits each of them.
