1. Introduction GroveX Attendance ("the App") is a fully offline productivity tool designed to help users track attendance. We respect your privacy and have built this App so that no personal data is ever collected or transmitted.
2. No Data Collection We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, location data, usage statistics, or device identifiers. Any data you enter into the App (subject names, schedules, and attendance records) is stored exclusively on your device’s local internal storage.
3. Offline Functionality The App does not require an internet connection to function. It does not communicate with any external servers or third-party analytics services.
4. Data Storage and Control

Local Database: All records are stored in a local SQLite database on your device.

Export/Import: You have full control over your data. If you choose to use the "Export" feature, the App will generate a JSON file which you can save to a location of your choice. This data is not shared with us.

Deletion: Deleting the App will permanently delete all attendance data stored within it.
5. Permissions The App may request permission to access your device’s storage. This permission is used solely to allow you to save backup files (Export) or load existing backup files (Import).
6. Third-Party Services There are no third-party advertisements, tracking SDKs, or social media integrations within GroveX Attendance.
7. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
