Phd thesis in progress

Daniel Rodriguez Soto received the B.S. and MSc. degrees in physical sciences from the University of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. Currently, he is a PhD student in electronic and computer sciences with focus on electrical power systems at the University of Guadalajara.

He has published papers in international journals and at international conferences in the field of  Physics and Data Analysis. He has been collaborating  for Gravitational Waves Data Analysis Group from the University of Guadalajara and LIGO Scientific Collaboration in the Supernova Group. His research interests include Data Analysis and Implementation of data driven algorithms in power systems applications, analysis of electrical power systems, Spatial-Temporal techniques and Machine Learning.


Ernesto Beltrán González is graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas, where he received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering in 2018. Actually he is working on his master's thesis in the Universidad de Guadalajara, where he is pursuing the Msc. degree:  Anomaly voltage detection using a supervised machine learning strategy.

Advanced scripting knowledge in both Matlab and Python, with a good repertoire of the most used programming languages. Big Data, Power Systems and Machine Learning comes with his career approach.  Self-learning supporter, open source enthusiast with special interest in Python programming language. His hobbies are the seventh Art, play chess, videogames and the piano.

Eyder Cervera is graduated from University of Guadalajara in  Electrical Engineering. He is currently working at PISA Lab, as digital engineering design. Now is pursing the master´s degree in Data Science at  Universidad de Guadalajara with the thesis topic:
