Groupify - Photo & Video ("Groupify," "we," "our," or "the app") helps users organize photos and videos into groups, import media from their devices, capture photos and videos, hide selected media, and share multiple files.
We value your privacy and aim to keep your personal media under your control.
Groupify stores the photos, videos, groups, and related app data that you manage locally on your device. However, the app also integrates third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and in-app purchases. These services may process certain technical information as described in this policy.
By using Groupify, you acknowledge the data practices described below.
We do not directly collect or upload your personal photos, videos, or group collections to our own servers.
However, third-party services integrated into the app may automatically collect or process certain information, depending on their configuration and your device settings.
This information may include:
Device identifiers and advertising identifiers.
IP address and general location information inferred from it.
App usage events and interactions.
Diagnostic information and crash reports.
Device information and app performance details.
Advertising interactions and measurement information.
In-app purchase status and transaction-related information.
This information may be processed by the relevant service providers to deliver advertisements, measure app usage, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud, and process purchases.
Groupify allows you to create groups and organize photos and videos according to your preferences.
Your locally managed content may include:
Photos imported from your device.
Videos imported from your device.
Photos and videos captured through the app.
Groups and media collections you create.
Information associated with organizing your media.
Photos and videos you choose to hide within the app.
This content is stored locally on your device according to the app's implementation. We do not upload your personal media or group collections to our own servers.
When you choose to share media, the selected files may be transferred to the application or recipient you select.
Groupify's core media organization features are designed to work offline.
You can use supported features to manage locally stored groups and media without requiring an account or uploading your personal collections to our servers.
However, an internet connection may be required for certain functions, including:
Loading advertisements through Google AdMob.
Sending analytics events through Firebase Analytics.
Transmitting crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics.
Processing or verifying in-app purchases through Google Play.
Consequently, although your personal media can remain on your device, the entire application is not necessarily offline when these connected services are enabled.
Groupify uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob and its associated services may collect or process information such as:
Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers.
IP address and approximate location information.
Advertising impressions and interactions.
App interactions and diagnostic information.
This information may be used to deliver advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and improve advertising services.
Depending on your AdMob configuration, applicable consent choices, and regional requirements, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Google processes information according to its own privacy policy and applicable service terms.

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect or process information such as:
App launches and usage events.
Interactions with app features.
Device information and identifiers.
App version and operating system information.
General usage and engagement information.
We use analytics information to understand app usage patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and evaluate app performance.

Crash reports and stack traces.
Device model and operating system version.
App version and technical diagnostics.
Information about the app's state when an error occurs.
Relevant technical identifiers.
This information helps us investigate crashes, improve stability, and provide a better user experience.
Crash reports are processed through Firebase services and may be transmitted to Google's servers when an internet connection is available.
Crash reporting does not require us to upload your personal photo and video collections.

Groupify uses Google Play's billing system to offer in-app purchases.
When you make a purchase, Google Play processes the transaction. The app may receive purchase-related information, such as the purchased product, purchase status, and transaction details needed to verify and provide the purchased feature.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card details through Groupify.
Payment information is handled by Google Play and its applicable payment providers according to their policies and terms.
Purchase-related information may be used to verify purchases, activate purchased features, restore eligible purchases, and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Groupify uses the Android internet permission to support connected services, including advertisements, analytics, crash reporting, and in-app purchases.
Although the app's core media organization features are designed to work offline, these integrated services may require an internet connection to function.
The internet permission does not mean that your personal photos, videos, or groups are automatically uploaded to our servers.
We do not sell your personal photos, videos, or group collections.
We do not upload these personal media collections to our own servers.
However, certain technical and service-related information may be transmitted to or processed by Google and its relevant services through AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing.
These services may process information for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and other purposes described in their applicable policies.
When you share photos or videos through another application, the selected media is handled according to your sharing choices and the recipient application's practices.
Your groups, photos, videos, and other locally managed app content are stored on your device according to the app's implementation.
You can delete your content using the available deletion features within the app, where supported.
You may also clear the app's storage through Android settings or uninstall the app. These actions may permanently delete locally stored information.
Please back up any content you want to retain before deleting app data or uninstalling the app.
Deleting local content does not necessarily delete technical information already transmitted to third-party service providers. Such information is handled according to the relevant provider's retention and deletion policies.
We do not maintain copies of your personal media collections on our own servers.
We design Groupify to keep your personal media collections under your control on your device.
However, no application or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Protection of locally stored files depends partly on your device's security settings and operating system.
Hiding photos or videos within the app does not necessarily encrypt them or prevent access through other methods.
We recommend using your device's security features to protect sensitive content.
Groupify does not require users to create an account or submit personal information to use its core media organization features.
However, third-party advertising, analytics, and other integrated services may process technical information as described in this policy.
We do not knowingly use Groupify to collect children's personal information directly. Where applicable, advertising and data collection are subject to the relevant age restrictions, consent requirements, and applicable laws.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of applications as appropriate.
