Our group discussed extensively with our client to better understand their current workflow, and the problems that they currently face. Through this detailed discussion, we were able to identify 2 stakeholders (known as user personas) and started generating ideas for our product. After every iteration, we engaged with both our professors and our client to gather feedback for improvement for the next iteration. There are 3 major iterations, after which we started developing the actual product.

From Iteration 1, we received the following feedback:
Need to include other components besides labels in our app, although labels will be the only one that is AI enabled.
On the dashboard side, we need to analyze statistics of complete workorders, not just the labels.
- Example of statistics include the number of workorders that passed or failed, and the reasons why.

On Inspector App
Use drop downs instead of text boxes as much as possible to reduce need for manual input
Scan using QR code to auto-fill workorder number and machine type
Upload function for images so that inspector has flexibility to take pictures first and upload later
