The purpose of group work is to help each other to reach your highest learning goal in a collaborative and enjoyable environment. Statistically, groups are better than individuals. Someone who knows better can benefit from teaching others and someone who does not know enough can benefit from learning from others. Nobody knows everything. It is a win-win strategy. It may also bring a life-long friendship or global network among students.
