How to make a zoom link
Log into lrccd.zoom.us by using your credentials for CRC E-services and copy your personal Zoom ID from your free account and paste it in the announcements of the discussion board and click a space button to make a Zoom link live.
Change your Zoom settings so that everyone can share the screen. You can use the same Zoom link throughout semester unless a group leader changes. For a free version of Zoom meeting, your time is limited to 40 minutes or so. Thus, to continue to have a meeting, everyone can click on a Zoom link again to continue. If you are new to Zoom, refer to How to use Zoom.
How to create a google doc link
Download a template file I posted at the end of the discussion board and save it as Activity number_section number_1 if your group number is 1.
Upload it on a google doc and click a share button and set general access as anyone with a link and click on a copy link and done.
Paste a google doc link in the announcements of the discussion board and click a space button to make a Google doc link live and name it as Activity number_section number_1 if your group number is 1.
You need to make a different google doc file for each activity.
