When I first started, I was anything but a picture of the skeleton. I was extremely underweight & often use to wear oversized clothes to hide the reality. I frequently ate fast food, drank beer & hard drinks; It was getting to another level when I decided to make a change in my appearance and lifestyle
05th May 2016; I hit the gym for the first time and have never looked back since then. However, I had many ups and downs in these 5 years since I had no mentor to guide me; I have learned through the means of the internet and staring at bodybuilders at the gym. It took me a year or two to understand the science behind the weight training, as I had majorly focused on it
Gradually, I learned about the value of metabolic training and its adverse effects on my body since I had to moderate my metabolic rate. Eating clean is also one of the principal I have always adhered to; as I have always focused on building a natural body.
Here I am today, with motivation, determination, and consistency learning something new every day with passion and confidence.
Now, having emerged the other side & achieved my goals, I want to use my skills, experience, and own journey to help others.
