GroundTag collects limited user data to operate and protect the game. This includes usernames and IP addresses, which are automatically collected by our backend provider, PlayFab. This information is used only for moderation and security purposes, such as enforcing rules and issuing bans. We do not sell or use user data for advertising or tracking.
User data is retained only as long as necessary. You may request data deletion at any time by emailing S1ghtvr1@gmail.com with your username. Deletion requests are processed within 1–3 business days.
