Nights of Show

JUNE 7TH, 6PM (Doors open at 5:30pm) **Dancers arrive at 5:30pm

JUNE 8TH, 3PM (Doors Open at 2:30pm) **Dancers arrive at 2:30pm

RECITAL – Dancer info

Friday, June 7th at 6pm:

Tiny Dancers – Arrive at 5:45 with hair and make up done and ready to put on their 1st costume. Please feed your dancer before they come and there will be a no mess snack provided for them. Tiny Dancer parents may take their tiny dancer after their 2nd dance. They can join them in the audience or head home if necessary. If you would like them to be their for the curtain call and final bows please have them back stage 3 dances before the end of show.

All Other Dancers – Arrive at 5:30 with hair and makeup done and first costume on. They will need to be dropped off in their backstage area (dancers in multiple classes will have a space in the band room). Then parents can find their seats in the auditorium. (Backstage Volunteers will need to be there at 5:15)


Saturday, June 8th at 3pm:

*Dancers will remain backstage for the entire show and we ask that they do not leave at intermission!

 

**Please do not drop dancers off earlier than their arrival time unless you were asked to be there earlier as a volunteer.  Feed your dancer before they come!! A non messy snack will be provided for dancers backstage at intermission. Send them with water to drink. – No other drinks please!! Other drinks can cause stains or stickiness when spilt, only water while back stage Please!!

Please do not be late!!         

**Dancers should show up dressed in costume (first one if they have multiple) with Hair and Makeup complete. Thanks
