■入場方法・IDチェック有り（20歳未満入場不可 ）

・事前受付フォームに入力いただいた方は、入場口でハンドルネームをお伝えいただくだけで割引価格となります。メールで自動送信される予約完了受付票は、ご提示いただく必要はございません。

・当日は年齢を確認できる顔写真付き本人確認書類をご持参ください(イベント当日の満年齢が対象となります)。

・年齢確認ができない場合はご入場をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。

・期限の切れた本人確認書類は無効となります。

＜本人確認書類の例＞

運転免許証、マイナンバーカード（通知カード不可）、パスポート、外国人登録証明書など、官公庁が発行した顔写真付きのもの。

■ドレスコードと料金設定

・ご入場時にお支払いいただく料金は以下の通りです。下記料金にプラス1ドリンクとなります。

　事前予約されたお客様の場合→ Dresser ¥3,000 / Casual ¥4,000 

　当日券の場合→Dresser ¥3,000 / Casual ¥4,000

・ラバー、コスプレ、ケモノ、着ぐるみ、ゼンタイ、その他フェティッシュな衣装の場合は "Dresser" 、私服でイベントに参加いただく場合は "Casual" となります。

・更衣室をご利用いただく場合には、IDチェック時にお伝えください。

■事前予約と当日券

・ご予約の状況により、予約フォームや当日券を締め切らせていただく場合がございます。

・当イベントの予約管理は全てGoogleフォーム(forms.gle/atVkUXkupcz8j3yb6 )での管理となります。

・予約フォームをご利用された方は、入場カウンターにて予約完了時に送信されるメールをお見せいただくか、ハンドルネームをお伝えください。

・ご入場の際は、お客様１人につき本人確認書類をご提示いただきご入場いただきます。同行者の方にも提示いただきます。

■決済方法

・現金、クレジットカード各種(タッチ決済対応)、交通系IC、QUICPay他タッチ決済、Paypay他QRコード決済がご利用いただけます。

■飲食持ち込み禁止

・カン・ビン・ペットボトルなど、飲食物の持ち込みはできません。移し替え用のプラカップもご用意いたしませんので入場口で廃棄していただきます。

・会場内へクーラーボックス、椅子、花火等の火薬類、その他危険物及び法律で禁止されている物、主催者が定めるサイズを超える手荷物、他のお客様のご迷惑と判断されるものを持ち込む事は一切お断りいたします。

■土足利用禁止

・当日は、イベント用の靴や衣装用のお履き物をお持ちください。

・屋外用のみをお持ちの場合には、イベント側でご用意したシューズカバーをご利用ください。

■来場時の注意事項

・会場付近で騒音を出す、もしくは露出度の高い衣装で歩行をする等、秩序、善良な風俗に反する行為は絶対にお止めください。

・会場周辺に駐車場はありません。タクシーや公共交通機関にてご来場ください。

・大きな荷物はクローク(後述)をご利用ください。貴重品やお手荷物はお客様の責任において管理して頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

・会場入口には階段がございますので、ご来場の際には十分ご注意ください。

・トラブル等の問題や災害が発生した場合には、スタッフの指示に従ってくださいますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

・ペット類の同伴入場は不可とさせていただきます。

<<会場内ルール>>

■再入場について

・再入場時には、ご入場の際にお渡しするリストバンドを係員に提示ください。

・リストバンドの確認ができない場合、再入場をお断りさせていただきます。

・再入場が出来ない場合のチケットの払い戻しはいたしかねます。

・会場より出られた際、近隣施設への配慮ある行動を心がけていただきますよう、ご理解、ご協力をお願い申し上げます。また、会場内でも泥酔状態や過度な露出の服装、トイレの占有、公序良俗に反する行為などを発見した場合、リストバンドを回収し再入場をお断りする場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

■フリークロークの利用について

・フリークロークをご入用の場合は、予約フォームの該当箇所にご入力下さい。

・フリークロークのご利用は､原則としてお一人様１個までとさせていただきます。

・小さな手荷物が多い場合は、お渡しする４５Lビニール袋をご利用ください。

・クロークに2つ(2袋)以上お預けになる場合は、個数に応じて別途500円を頂戴いたします。

・主催者が準備するクロークはスペースに限りがございますので、場内に持ち込めないサイズの荷物を持ってのご来場はお控え下さい。

・3辺（縦・横・高さ）の合計150cm以内を目安に､トランクやボストンバッグといった大きな荷物をご利用ください。オーバーサイズの場合、上記2点目以降のお荷物同様別途500円を頂戴いたします。

・途中での出し入れは原則禁止とさせていただきます。また、クロークへはご入場いただけません。

・フリークロークのご利用にあたっては、リストバンドに預入番号を記入いたします。取出し時にリストバンドの確認をいたしますので、絶対に紛失されませんようにご注意ください。

・もしリストバンドを紛失された場合には、原則イベント終了後にご対応させていただきます。

・クロークへのお預け時に発生した、盗難・破損・汚損は免責とさせていただきます。

■アルコールの販売について

・ご来場されるお客様は、いずれの国からいらっしゃった場合でも、日本の法律に則り提供させていただきます。

・アルコールをご購入されたお客様が他の方へアルコールを提供する場合、会場・主催者及びアーティストは一切の責任を負いません。

・下記事項が発覚した場合、ご入場及び再入場を禁止し、会場エリア内から強制的にご退場いただき、本イベント開催中の再入場も禁止します。また、主催者は必要に応じて警察に通報いたします。その際のチケット代の払い戻しはいたしかねます。また、下記事項に伴うトラブル等については、会場・主催者及びアーティストは一切の責任を負いません。①身分証明書の偽造やリストバンドの譲渡等の不正行為等により、20歳未満の方が入場していた場合。②20歳以上のお客様が、20歳未満の方へアルコールやタバコを譲渡した場合。この場合、譲渡したお客様も強制的にご退場いただきます。

・過度な飲酒はお控え下さい。スタッフが危険と判断した場合はご退場頂きます。それに伴うチケット代の払い戻しはいたしかねます。

■会場内禁煙

・本イベントの会場内は禁煙となります。会場内での喫煙が発覚した場合、会場エリア内からご退場いただき、再入場も禁止します。その際のチケット代の払い戻しはいたしかねます。

■映像・写真の撮影

・イベント内でのオフィシャル撮影スポットでのデータは、後日当サイトのギャラリーページにアップロードされるデータベースをご利用ください。

・本件イベントでは、オフィシャルカメラマンが会場の様子を取材・撮影いたします。本イベントにご参加された場合、その撮影された映像や写真が、各種メディアやSNSなどのオンライン・メディアや商品等に使用される可能性がございます。肖像権やプライバシー権を行使せず、対価等を要求しないことを予めご了承ください。

・イベント内でお客様が撮影したデータをSNSなどにアップロードされる場合は肖像権・プライバシー権について十分ご留意ください。トラブル等については、会場・主催者及びアーティストは一切の責任を負いません。

■会場内での注意事項

・お客様が以下の禁止行為を行ったと主催者が判断した場合、ご退場いただきます。本イベント開催中の再入場も禁止いたします。この場合、主催者は必要に応じて警察に通報いたしますので、ご了承ください。① 過度な飲酒、② 違法な薬物の使用が疑われる行動。③ 他のお客様への迷惑行為。④ 係員の指示に従わない行為。⑤ 物を投げ込んだり、駆け寄ったりするなどの危険行為。⑥ 過度な露出や主催者側で不適切と判断した服装。⑦イベントの主旨、秩序、善良な風俗に反する行為。

・会場内外いずれにおいても、お客様同士のトラブル等については、お客様同士で解決をお願い申し上げます。会場内外でのトラブル、事故、盗難、怪我、紛失等につきましては、会場・主催者及びアーティストは一切の責任を負いません。

・施設の多大なご協力とご理解のもと開催しております。特に以下の事項につきましては、固くお断りいたします。皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。① 屋外での露出行為や撮影。② 集団での大声や、明らかに近隣の迷惑となるような団体行動等。③ 周辺道路での路上駐車やゴミの放置。また、横断歩道以外での車道横断等。④ 会場周辺での徹夜の待機。⑤ その他、近隣住民・施設への迷惑行為。

・トラブル等の問題や災害が発生した場合には、スタッフの指示に従ってくださいますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

■払戻し

・入場後のお客様の都合によるキャンセル・変更及び払い戻しは一切いたしかねます。

・本イベントポリシーに反したとして、入場禁止・退場等になった場合であっても、チケット代等の払戻しはいたしかねます。

・本イベントにおける、出演スタッフの急遽変更、又はキャンセルになる場合がありますが、チケット購入後のキャンセル・変更・払い戻しは一切いたしかねます。

<<Notice at the Entrance>>

■Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted to attend GFZ 2025

-Your photo ID will be checked prior to entry. Please be sure to bring your photo ID.

-If your age cannot be verified or your ID has expired, you will be denied entry to the event.

[Identification]

Passport, Driver's license, My Number card (notification card not accepted), student ID, disability certificate, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, basic resident register card, alien registration certificate.

■Dress code and pricing

Admission fees are as follows: Each admission includes 1 drink.

・Dresser: ¥3,000 (advance reservation) / ¥3,000 (at the door)

・Casual: ¥4,000 (advance reservation) / ¥4,000 (at the door)

-If you are wearing rubber, cosplay, kemono, kigurumi, zentai, or other fetish costumes, you will be considered "Dresser". If you are coming to the event in other clothes, you will be considered "Casual".

-If you wish to use the dressing rooms, please notify the staff during your ID check. 

■Advance booking

-If advance reservations are full, At the door tickets will not be sold on the day.

-Reservations for this event can only be made through the following website: : Link

-If you have made an advance reservation, please provide your reservation confirmation email or nickname at the entrance on the day.

-Upon entering, each person must present one piece of identification. Accompanying persons must also present their own identification.

■Prohibited Items 

-Bringing in food or drinks, including cans, bottles, and plastic bottles, is prohibited. Please dispose of these at the entrance.

-Cooler boxes, chairs, pets (except service animals), dangerous items, or any items prohibited by law are not allowed. Items exceeding the size limit set by the organizers, or items that may cause inconvenience to other attendees, are also prohibited. 

■No outdoor shoes

-Please bring your own shoes and footwear for the event on the day.

-If you only have outdoor shoes, please use the shoe covers provided at the event .

<<Prohibited acts inside and outside the venue>>

-Please refrain from any behavior that goes against order and good morals, such as making noise near the venue or walking around in revealing clothing.

-There is no parking available near the venue. Please use public transportation, such as taxis or trains. 

-Please use the cloakroom (see below) for large luggage. Please manage your valuables and baggage at your own risk.

-In case of any problems or emergencies, please follow the instructions of the staff. 

■Re-entry

- Please present your wristband to staff when re-entering.

- Re-entry will be denied if you do not have a wristband.

- Tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to re-enter.

- When leaving the venue, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in being considerate of neighboring facilities. Please also note that if anyone is found to be in a drunken state, wearing overly revealing clothing, occupying toilets, or engaging in any other behavior that violates public order and morals within the venue, we may take away your wristband and deny you re-entry.

■About using the free cloakroom

-If you require a free cloakroom, please enter your request in the appropriate field on the reservation form.

-In principle, only one item can be used at the free cloakroom per person.

-If you have a lot of small baggage, please use the 45L plastic bags provided.

-If you leave two or more items (two bags) at the cloakroom, an additional 500 yen will be charged according to the number of items.

-The cloakroom provided by the organizers has limited space, so please refrain from coming with baggage that cannot be brought into the venue.

-Please use large baggage such as trunks or Boston bags with a total of 150 cm or less in three dimensions (length, width, height). If the baggage is oversized, an additional 500 yen will be charged, as with the second and subsequent items of baggage.

-In principle, taking your baggage in or out during the event is prohibited. You will not be allowed to enter the cloakroom.

-When using the free cloakroom, your wristband will be written with your baggage number. We will check your wristband when you pick it up, so please be careful not to lose it.

-If you lose your wristband, we will generally replace it after the event has ended.

-We are not responsible for theft, breakage or soiling that occurs when leaving your wristband at the cloakroom.

■Sale of alcoholic beverages

-All visitors will be provided with alcoholic beverages in accordance with the laws of Japan, regardless of their nationality.

-If a customer who has purchased alcoholic beverages provides alcoholic beverages to other customers, the venue, organizers, and artists will not be held responsible in any way.

-If any of the following acts are discovered, you will be prohibited from entering or re-entering the venue, will be forced to leave the venue area, and will be prohibited from re-entering. In addition, the organizers will report the matter to the police if necessary. 

-In such cases, ticket prices will not be refunded. In addition, the venue and organizers will not be held responsible in any way for any trouble related to the following matters. 

① If a person under the age of 20 enters the venue through fraudulent acts such as counterfeiting identification or transferring wristbands. 

② If a customer over the age of 20 transfers alcoholic beverages or tobacco to a person under the age of 20, the customer who transferred the alcoholic beverages or tobacco will also be forced to leave the venue.

-Please refrain from drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. If staff deem it dangerous, you will be asked to leave the venue.

■No smoking

-All area of the venue

-Smoking is prohibited inside the venue for this event. Re-entry is also prohibited. In such cases, ticket fees will not be refunded.

■Filming and photo taking

- Please use the database that will be uploaded to the gallery page of this website at a later date for data from official photo spots within the event.

- At this event, an official photographer will be covering and filming the venue. If you participate in this event, the filmed video and photos may be used in various media, online media such as SNS, and products. Please note that we will not exercise portrait rights or privacy rights and will not demand compensation.

- If you upload data you have taken at the event to SNS, etc., please be mindful of portrait rights and privacy rights. The venue, organizers, and artists will not be held responsible for any troubles.

■Notes at the venue

-If the organizers determine that you have engaged in any of the following prohibited activities, you will be asked to leave the venue. Re-entry will also be prohibited. In such cases, the organizers will report you to the police as necessary.① Excessive drinking,② Behavior suspected to be related to illegal drug use.③ Behavior that is a nuisance to other customers.④ Behavior that does not follow the instructions of staff.⑤ Dangerous behavior such as throwing objects or running up.⑥ Excessive exposure or clothing that the organizers deem inappropriate.⑦ Behavior that goes against the purpose, order, and good morals of the event.

-The venue, organizers, and artists will not be held responsible for any trouble, accidents, theft, injury, loss, etc. inside or outside the venue.

-The event is being held with the cooperation and understanding of the facilities. In particular, the following items are strictly prohibited. We ask for your cooperation. ① Outdoor exposure or photography. ② Group shouting or group behavior that clearly causes a nuisance to neighbors, etc. ③ Parking on the street or leaving garbage on surrounding roads. Also, crossing the road at places other than crosswalks, etc. ④ Waiting overnight near the venue. ⑤ Any other nuisance to local residents or facilities.

- In the event of any trouble or disaster, please follow the instructions of staff.

■Refunds

- Cancellations, changes, or refunds will not be accepted after admission due to customer convenience.

- Staff performing at this event may change or be canceled at short notice, but cancellations, changes, or refunds will not be accepted after tickets have been purchased.
